How NUXA works

NUXA offers conversations with an AI tool for emotional support and access to psychoeducational resources. Generated answers can be wrong and are not a substitute for professional assessment.

A guided conversation

A person can describe a concern in their own words and receive a conversational response intended to help organise what they shared or explore general next steps. Educational resources cover emotional wellbeing topics as well.

A generated answer depends on the context provided and the AI system. It is not a full assessment of someone's health history, circumstances, or level of risk.

Use it thoughtfully

It may help to ask a specific question, consider whether the response makes sense, and check health information against official sources. Avoid entering personal details you do not want to share with a digital service.

You do not have to follow advice that feels unsuitable, confusing, or distressing. For medical decisions, treatment, diagnosis, or safety concerns, use appropriate human services.

What the system does not do

NUXA does not diagnose disorders, prescribe or change medication, or provide psychotherapy. General information does not establish that an approach is safe or effective for a particular person.

It does not reliably monitor crises or replace emergency services. Do not use the chat to request immediate help.

Availability and language

Public product information describes multilingual support, but language coverage can vary between conversation, interface, documents, and account processes. The full app is not translated in every flow.

The institutional pages in this hub are written for Spain, the United States, the United Kingdom, and France. Emergency numbers and routes to care depend on location.

Frequently asked questions

Is each NUXA answer checked by a psychologist?

There is no claim here that a professional reviews each individual answer. AI generates the output and can be wrong; consult a professional for clinical care.

Can I use NUXA during a crisis?

No. NUXA is not a crisis service and does not guarantee crisis detection or an urgent response. Contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

What NUXA offers and where its limits lie

NUXA is an AI-based digital platform for psychoeducational guidance and emotional wellbeing, with online access advertised as 24/7 and conversation in multiple languages. It is not psychotherapy, does not diagnose or provide treatment, does not replace psychologists, doctors or other healthcare professionals, and is not an emergency service.

Public guides are free to read. The trial page advertises five free consultations, subject to conditions and availability; conversational access is limited or paid afterwards. Check the current trial, prices and terms. Online availability is not continuous human care or a guarantee against interruptions; some app screens remain in Spanish.
